The nResult test lab maintains systems from all the leading name brand manufacturers as well as builds of custom systems using the most popular hardware components to give your product a very diverse playground to roam in. In addition to pre-built systems our hardware vault contains hundreds of additional technology components and peripherals of all kinds.

Virtualization & Scaling

For many tests, the hardware doesn’t matter. In addition to our large selection of hardware, nResult maintains a private, secure internal cloud and also partners with industry leading cloud system data center providers to offer the latest in virtualization technologies.

Virtualization allows our engineers to quickly create “virtual” computers; isolated environments that act exactly the same as physical environments running on PCs, but with the best high speed server grade hardware available underneath. Without physical setup and tear down time (testers can have “virtual” computers up and going within just a few mouse clicks) your solutions can quickly be tested against more system configurations than ever before. And for client/server and hosting solutions, scores of systems can be created to give your solution a true load, letting you know exactly what to expect when your product is being used in the real world.

Rapid Provisioning and Deployment – nDemand Environment™

In most cases, the biggest cost in executing a manual series of tests is not in running those tests themselves, but in creating the necessary environments for those tests. Configuring the OS, installing drivers and installing applications all take time. Not anymore! nResult has spent significant resources and time developing nDemand Environment™, a rapid provisioning and deployment system that automatically creates the test environments you need. Engineers just select the components needed for the tests and away it goes creating the configuration required.
