“Familiarity breeds contempt”. In-house testers have a tendency to become too familiar with your company’s products and development team. Frequently test plans are developed ignoring areas understood to be stable in an effort to reduce testing time, leading to devastating omissions.

In house testers also have frequent periods of down-time in between development cycles. This may result in a higher number of missed defects as your test team is now out of practice. nResult has a broader understanding of possible defects.

Our testers test a wide variety of applications every day. They see a wider range of defects and don’t grow accustomed to your development team’s programming style. This often allows us to find more defects faster.

Equipment

We stock and maintain the best tools available in the market today. We have tools to check for HTML validation, Load/Stress testing and Test automation in all areas of hardware and software testing. We use the well-known Mercury toolsets as well as the Rational Products in our software application testing areas. We also utilize other tools such as debuggers, file, disk, port, and registry monitors, which allows us to provide your developers with the exact information they need to fix your product quickly and efficiently.

Reporting

Through the nResult gateway, programmers and project managers can create, edit, review, and comment on test scripts and results. You can determine the hardware, software and processor type of the machines we test your application on. How long we test, how many iterations, what type of tests (load, regression, functionality,..) and much more are all under your control. In addition, the detailed reports provide all of the necessary information to compile and report on testing matrices.

Management and Control of QA Lab

Through nResult’s proprietary gateway our reports are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All reports are customized to your specific needs, and with our easy to use interface we can change the look and feel of your reports on the fly. All test results are entered into the reporting system in real time. As soon as we find a defect, your developers can start fixing it.
